What's included in the setup fee?
Setup covers site design and build, AI tool configuration for your market, integration with your CRM or calendar, copywriting for key pages, and go-live support. You receive a complete, functioning system — not a template.
Is there a minimum contract term?
The Growth and Starter packages require a 6-month initial commitment to ensure the system has time to generate results. After that, it's month-to-month. The Elite package terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Can this connect to my existing CRM?
Yes. AgentEngine AI is designed to integrate with major real estate CRMs including Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot, and others. We confirm compatibility during onboarding.
How long does setup take?
Starter and Growth systems are typically live within 2–3 weeks of project kickoff. Elite systems with custom funnels and neighbourhood pages typically take 4–6 weeks depending on scope.
Who manages the system after launch?
We handle ongoing maintenance, AI model updates, and content generation. You receive a weekly lead summary and can access your dashboard at any time. You do not need to manage the technology.
What if I already have a website?
We assess your existing site and either replace it or integrate the AgentEngine tools into it, depending on the platform and what makes the most sense for your goals.
